the project name is 10408 return air material bypass, which is mainly responsible for transportation, air intake and pedestrians
III. Project Overview
10408 return air material bypass is opened at the north side of the 10 # West track downhill (5 meters east of G21 point) as the central line. According to the azimuth angle of 32100 ′ 02 ", it is excavated at 0, and the construction distance is 15.1 meters; Then, according to the azimuth angle of 0 00 ′ 00 ", the excavation is carried out at 0, and the construction distance is 37.1 meters; Then drive at 0 according to the azimuth angle of 114 35 ′ 59 ″ (attach 10408 return air material bypass plan diagram)
IV. roadway section shape and specification
1. 10408 return air material bypass is designed as combined support of anchor, ladder and cable. The gross section of excavation is 15m2, gross width and gross height =5000 3000mm. (attached with 10408 return air material bypass section support drawing)
support material and specification: the top bolt is used Φ 20mm 2400mm left-hand deformed steel bolt, and the upper bolt is selected Φ 18mm 2000mm left-hand deformed steel bolt, the row spacing between the top and side bolts is 800 mm, and the pieces are made of Φ 6 reinforcement, hole side length 100mm; Ladder beam adopts Φ 12 reinforced ladder beam; Anchor cable Φ 17.8 8000mm, with a spacing of 1200mm and a row spacing of 1600mm (the row spacing of the anchor cable 8m in front of the opening is 800mm)
v. construction method
water gel explosive is used for blasting, which is detonated by millisecond delayed electric detonator and detonated by mbf-100 detonator. The depth of the blast hole is 1.8m, and the cyclic footage is 1.6m
transportation system: the coal is manually loaded from the working face to the scraper conveyor, and then transported to the coal bunker through 10# West track downhill belt, 10# West belt downhill belt, 2# belt, and then 10# belt downhill belt, 1# belt, and then transported to the ground through the main inclined shaft belt

I. safety technical measures for roadway roof management and maintenance
1. Before bolting, eye drilling and temporary support, the team leader shall personally knock on the side and roof, find out the roof active coal gangue, and allow other personnel to work after confirming that there is no danger
2. The long handle tools used by those who knock on the top must be qualified, the operation procedure must be correct, and their attention should be focused and their retreat path should be kept smooth
3. The shift leader should do a good job in monitoring the surrounding rock of the roof, and the operators should observe the roof at any time and deal with the problems in time
4. Before temporary support, the side and top must be knocked, and the operation can be carried out only after confirming that there is no danger to make the measurement result incorrect. Temporary support must be timely and effective, and no one is allowed to enter the empty roof area
5. Operate in strict accordance with the safety quality standardization standard and the support design instructions to ensure that the project quality meets the requirements. The anchor bolt must be close to the rock wall to ensure the pre tightening force of the anchor bolt and anchor cable
6. When the top pressure is large, the joints are developed, and the roof is broken, the relevant departments must be notified in time to take measures to strengthen the support. The anchor bolts and anchor cables must be set up head-on and fastened in time
7. In the process of roadway excavation, the team leader on duty and the team leader should observe the roadway pressure at any time. In case of bolt collapse, cable lock collapse, joist fracture and other phenomena in the roadway, the invalid bolt or cable should be reinforced and supported in time
8. The roadway support should be checked regularly during the excavation process, and the problems found should be handled in time

I. safety technical measures for roadway opening
1. Before opening, check the support at the opening to confirm that there is no invalid support, and reinforce the roof at the roadway opening with anchor cables according to the requirements of the intersection support drawing
2. Before blasting in the roadway within the opening range, it must be ensured that the air duct and gas probe are arranged in place and hung correctly, and that the distance between the air duct outlet and gas probe and the working face meets the requirements of the regulations
3. Before blasting in the roadway within 10m of the opening, the air and water pipelines, air ducts, cables, gas sensors, switches and other facilities at the opening must be covered and shielded to avoid blasting collapse
4. Blasting excavation within the opening range shall be carried out in strict accordance with the central line calibrated by the engineering department, and the principle of "shallow drilling, less charging, and small blasting" shall be strictly implemented
II. Safety technical measures for blasting operation
1. All blasting personnel, including blasting and processing of primary explosive rolls, must be familiar with the properties of blasting materials and the relevant provisions of the coal mine safety regulations, and strictly comply with them
2. Positive initiation must be adopted, and reverse initiation is strictly prohibited
3. Water cannon mud should be used for hole sealing. Water cannon mud makes the density of raw materials on the parts more uniform. The remaining part of the hole should be sealed with clay cannon mud. It is strictly forbidden to blast holes without sealing mud, with insufficient sealing mud or with false sealing mud, and it is strictly forbidden to use pulverized coal, block materials or other combustible materials to seal holes
4. The blasting worker or the team leader shall assist the blasting worker in charge and connection. There shall be no more than 4 persons in charge and line connection at the working face, and each group of 2 persons shall cooperate in the operation
5. In the process of blasting, the system of "one shot, three inspections" and "three person interlocking blasting" must be strictly implemented. In case of special circumstances such as unexploded charge holes left on the working face, the blaster must hand over the shift in person
6. Before shooting, all dust-proof water curtains must be opened, and the working face must be watered to reduce coal dust
7. After blasting, the blasting smoke is blown away and waiting for 30 minutes, the blaster, the team leader and the gas man must patrol the blasting site to check the ventilation, gas, coal dust, roof, support, blasting refusal, residual blasting and other conditions. If there is a dangerous situation, it must be handled immediately
8. Initiating explosive devices must be transported by the blasting workers. It is strictly prohibited to stay halfway and strictly abide by the relevant regulations
9. Before blasting, cut off the power supply of all non intrinsically safe electrical equipment in the roadway. After blasting, the power supply can be restored only when the gas concentration does not exceed the limit
10. Before charging, first remove the pulverized coal in the blast hole, and then push the roll gently with a gun stick. It is not allowed to collide or tamp. The rolls in the blast hole are closely connected with each other. After the charge is loaded, the electric detonator foot wire must be suspended. It is strictly forbidden for the electric detonator foot wire and the blasting bus to contact with electrical equipment, machinery and other conductors
